Abstract:

The positions of the problem approach in the field of teaching mathematics are analyzed. The main stages of solving mathematical problems are identified. The fa-miliarization of students with the problem of algorithmic solvability is suggested. Within the framework of the implementation of the problem approach, emphasis is placed on the following two key procedures: algorithmization and reduction. The notion of algo-rithmic association with classes of solvable problems is introduced and the search for a method for solving the problem is modeled in appropriate terms. The concept of an ef-fective algorithm is adapted to the procedure for algorithmizing the solution. The main conclusions of the work are illustrated by examples.
