Abstract:

The provisions of the problem approach, the most important from the point of view of the principles of systemic and activity, are formulated. The problem of algorithmic solvability of problems is analyzed. The notion of effective solutions for classes of algorithmically solvable problems is introduced and illustrated on the problems material. In the context of the system approach, the concepts of algorithmization and reduction of the decision process are built in.
